Kevin McGinnis
Vice President of Land Development

Kevin, a second-generation builder/developer, has been heavily involved in both industries since the early 1980s. He serves as vice chairman and a Technical Committee member for the Johnson County Plan Commission, is a past president and board member with the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI), and is also past president of the Johnson County Builder’s Council. Kevin attends The Stones Crossing Church in Greenwood. He is married and has four children.
